Looking for family-friendly events in Troy, Ohio this summer? Mark your calendar for Saturday, July 26, 2025, when the historic Sunshade Building at 619 Lincoln Ave, Troy OH 45373 will host a building-wide celebration filled with creativity, community, and small business charm.


Sunshade Summer Fest runs from 12 PM to 4 PM and features over 20 local vendors, open artist studios, food trucks, and more—all in one walkable space, just minutes from downtown Troy.


Whether you’re a long-time local or just searching for things to do in Miami County this weekend, this is a free, family-friendly event worth exploring.


What to Expect at Sunshade Summer Fest

Step inside the Sunshade Building’s bright second floor to browse handmade goods, local art, and unique gifts from more than a dozen Ohio-based vendors:
